Your stay will be from Tuesday, October 29th, with rooms available for check-in starting at 15:00. We kindly ask that you check out by 12:00 on Friday, November 1st. For your relaxation after a day of competition, the hotel offers small saunas, where you can unwind and recharge.
To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, we have arranged an airport shuttle service between Düsseldorf Airport and the hotel on both days.

FLIGHT TIMES
We recommend flights into Düsseldorf land no later than 5pm to ensure you arrive at Atlantic Congress Hotel before your dinner starts.

For departure flights, you will have the opportunity to enjoy your individual breakfast at the hotel and can book your flights accordingly from the morning onwards. Please be aware that Checkout is at 12:00h latest.
TRANSFERS
We will arrange group transfers from and to the airport in Düsseldorf according to your flight times.
